Provisional Criminal Code of Kosovo
Chapter XVIII, Article 187 and 188 deal with defamation and insult. Despite the fact that Kosovo has a Civil Law on Defamation now, defamation remains a criminal offence under the Provisional Criminal Code until it will change (after the Status of Kosovo is decided).
