Ilir ALIAJ directs the Centre for Development and Democratisation of Institutions (hereinafter CDDI) provide expertise, advocacy and advise of highest standards.
- CDDI has the highest group of media lawyers in Albania, creating a network which is always active on the issues of freedom of expression, freedom of information, data protection, classified information and cyber law. It provides trainings and advice to public administration and civil society on the topics mentioned above and also is the first which started the litigation on Freedom of Information in Albania.
- CDDI provides also expertise on European integration. Albania is on the stage of Stability and Association process which mean that public administration and also business and different stakeholders needs advice on the issues which are related with EU integration.
- Intellectual Property is one of the areas which CDDI like to work
