Staff attorney at Internews Armenia, a media support non-governmental organization that she joined after graduating from Tulane Law School in 2001. Prior to that she worked as a journalist for a television company for six years. She is currently specializing in media law issues by providing consultations to broadcasters, raising their awareness of media related legislation, and advocating media supportive legislation. She is also on the faculty of the Law Department at the American University of Armenia (AUA), where she teaches Comparative Media Law and Intellectual Property Law to graduate students enrolled in the LL.M. program.
