Tsovinar works for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Office in Yerevan as a National Programme Officer covering the Office's Media Freedom/Access to Information (FOI) portfolios. She coordinates the Office's activities and projects aimed at assisting the country in improving its media regulatory policies and better implementing FOI legislation. Works closely with governmental and civil society stakeholders to bridge efforts in the media law reform and enforcement. Develops and implements projects including training for government press officers and journalists to increase their awareness on their rights and obligations under FOI law. Coordinates facilitation of international legal expertise on various pieces of the Armenian media legislation to make them in line with best OSCE and European principles and standards.
