CURRENT ROLE: National Coordinator, “Trial monitoring in Azerbaijan 2006/2007” supported by OSCE and Legal Advisor in Legal Education Society (local NGO)

 

BACKGROUND: As national coordinator to organize monitoring of the trials in Azerbaijan and to draft official report on the fair trial standards in Azerbaijan and as legal advisor in Legal Education Society to provide free legal aid, including applying the European Court on Human Rights. 

Monitoring of the defamation cases, expert in drafting law on Defamation.

Based in Baku.
