She holds a B.A in Law and M.A in Civil Lawfrom Baku State University. She participated in drafting the following laws: “Law on Electronic Signature”, “Law on Electronic Document”. She is co-author of the book “Legal Consultant of a Journalist”, and author of Chapters VII-IX on the Commentary on Civil Procedural Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan. She is currently a lawyer at the Media Rights Institute which was established by the Azerbaijan office of “Internews”.
