Helena Mandic, Senior Legal Expert for Broadcasting Issues, Communications Regulatory Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo.
Helena has worked in the regulatory field since 1998 – participated in creation of the first fully independent broadcasting regulatory body in the region that later grew into one of the first converged regulators in Europe. Helena is currently working on broadcasting regulation issues particularly including regulation of hate speech, right of reply and decency and civility in broadcasting. Her interests include regulation of new technologies, protection of privacy and protection of human rights in the information society.
Based in Sarajevo, Bosnia.
