MEMBERS

Attorney-at-Law at Community Legal Education Center (CLEC),

·         Conduct all aspects of public interest legal cases, including litigation, negotiation, and   

work with media.

·         Prepare legal documents for court and administrative hearings

·         Interview clients and gather evidence

·         Undertake selected policy initiatives to promote more effective implementation of laws.

·         Provide supervision and support to other legal staff case work. 

·         Train non-lawyers on legal rights and remedies under Cambodian law.

·         Train rural communities about how they can assert their legal rights

·         Interact with high level government officials an the central and local level to negotiate

settlement of cases; and mass media and speak in public as necessary

·         Network with stakeholders on a case by case basis.
