MEMBERS

He is a lawyer and lecturer. Every week he contributes an article to La Prensa Gráfica, a morning newspaper, and presents a five minute programme on the courts on Channel TV 12 . He also advises the Journalists Association of El Salvador (APES), La Prensa Gráfica and NGOs.
