Georgia
Graduated from Tbilisi State University, Faculty of International Law and International Relations. He was awarded an Edmund S. Muskie Fellowship and completed an LLM in International Transactions and Comparative Law at the University of San Francisco. He is currently working for a USAID funded IREX Media Innovations Program, an American NGO working on the development of Georgian Mass Media. He works as a media lawyer and staff attorney on a number of issues including reviewing and analyzing media legislation.
