Since August 2003 Zenet has been working with the Media Unit of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo where she currently helds the position of Deputy Unit Coordinator. She helped establishing a radio network for minority media operating from enclaves. She participated in the creation of a media framework in Kosovo, concentrating on the legislative, regulatory and educational aspect and commenting on the Civil Defamation Law and the Public Service Broadcasting Law. Prior she worked with the Media Section of the OSCE Mission to Croatia. Her focus areas are self-regulation, defamation, minority media networks and Public Service Broadcasting.
