Jeannette QUARCOOPOME

A lawyer and a journalist by training and also by practice, 
Jeannette has worked on issues relating to press freedom, 
freedom of expression and media pluralism with a number 
of organisations including the Panos Institute. She is currently
 the Programme Officer for External Relations at the Media
Foundation for West Africa, a media rights advocacy organisation
 based in Accra - Ghana.  Her duties include co-ordinating the work
 of the Media Foundation's Network of Lawyers for the Defence of 
Journalists in West Africa.
