Yongxi Chen is a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Law, HKU. His research interests are administrative law and criminal procedure in China. He is engaged in government openness campaign, public legal information system development and pro bono practice. LLB (International Economic Law) and Mphil (Procedure Law) at Sun Yat-sen University, China; Diplôme d'Université 3ème cycle « Le Droit en Europe » at University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
