Holds,(LLB),(Hons), UON,Nairobi, Kenya,(LLM)in Media, Communications and Information Technology Law, UNSW, Sydney, Australia. He has worked in private law practice, in-house counsel Celtel Kenya ltd, Adjunct faculty, United States International University in Media Law. He is a consultant with the Communications Law Centre and lecturer with the Council of Legal Education.
Projects and interest areas
- Working with, KICTANET, ICJ (Kenya) and the Media Owners’ Association on best media and telecommunications regulatory frameworks and practices in the proposed Kenya Information and Communications Bill 2006 and the Media Council of Kenya Bill 2006 and regulations and Codes anticipated thereunder.
- Working with ICJ (Kenya) Freedom of Information Bill 2005.
- Working in the media and telecommunications law for the foreseeable future in analysis and dissemination of workings of the new legislation was in place especially the FOI law.
