CURRENT TITLE: Head of Legal Division – Independent Media Commission, Kosovo

 

BACKGROUND: Rame was primarily responsible for preparing draft regulations, IMC requests for information from broadcasters pertaining to allegations of violations, and notices of violation ,responsible to prepare argumentation and documentation for Council hearings of sanctions cases and for Media Appeals Board cases; responsible to argue cases before the Council; to perform case law research through European Court of Human Rights.

 

Based in Prishtina.
