Ruzhdi Halili is currently working for DFID supporting the Public administration Process in Kosovo. Previously he worked for the Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo/Office of EU integration firstly as the Senior EU integration Officer and Than as acting Director for 9 months. Before he worked as Legal Consultant of the Kosovo Temporary Media Commissioner. Formore than two years he worked on legal issues with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo. He is a lawyer by background and holds an LLM degree in International and EU law from Utrecht University, the Netherlands.
