Kosovo
Graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Prishtina. He also holds a masters of law in Constitutional Law. His master thesis was entitled "Freedom of Speech – Constitutional and Comparative Aspects" which he successfully defended in April, last year. He is an assistant lecturer at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Law (Department of Constitutional Law) and National Legal Advisor at the Kosovo Law Center (which serves as a legal think-tank devoted to the cultivation of professional legal skills by providing technical and material assistance to the Kosovar legal community). He is an author of several articles (research papers) in the field of freedom of expression from the perspective of international and domestic law.
