He is the Dean of the Law Faculty at the Rostov State University of Economics, and Professor of Law since 1998. His research interests are Criminal Law and Media Law. He was involved in the “Russia Media Law Networking Project” led by PCMLP and which piloted a media arbitration tribunal in Rostov-on-Don. Sergei Oulezko is currently the chairperson of the Rostov Arbitration Tribunal.
