BACKGROUND: George returned to Singapore after teaching in the Bahamas with the University of West Indies at the end of 2004. A freelance journalist during his university days, George has articles published with the Sunday Times, Singapore, and The Nation, Thailand. A George has worked with media companies like Warner Music, Hong Kong, and IDEA Global, Singapore. George was the country correspondent for the Entertainment Law Review, Sweet & Maxwell, UK; for Hong Kong and Singapore
