He works at the Country Office of Internews Network in Tajikistan as a lawyer. He graduated from the Law Faculty of Tajik State University in 1996. In 1996 he worked in the Copyright Agency in Dushanbe. From 1997 to 2003 he worked at the National Center for Patents and Information. Concentrating on Intellectual Property Rights. He currently works as a media lawyer.
