Troels LARSEN
Troels is currently doing a PhD at Queen Mary in London. His thesis seeks to determine how the European Court of Human Rights identifies and defines a harmful ‘chilling effect’ on freedom of expression with supervisor Professor Ian Walden.
As Project Officer (2006-2008) of the Programme in Comparative Media Law & Policy, University of Oxford, team he was one of the main researchers on “A Comparative Study of Costs in Defamation Proceedings Across Europe”
