BACKGROUND: He is currently a Partner. By Zimbabwean standards, it is a big firm, of 8 partners and 3 PAs. He is also a Councillor of the Law Society of Zimbabwe (LSZ), which is the statutory body that regulates the practice of law by registered lawyers in the country. He is a qualified journalist who previously worked for two of the country’s major daily newspapers, The Herald, and The Daily News (now banned). He has handled quite a few briefs in both the Criminal, and the Civil divisions of the law.
